Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received the letter from the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (44505052) and the date (11/24/1444 AH), in which reference is made to the letter of the General Authority for Food Security No. (5/1/19268/44) and the date (1/11/1444 AH). Regarding the authority’s intention to follow up on the strategic storage of basic food commodities in coordination with the private sector and all concerned parties, to monitor abundance in the local market and take the necessary measures to stimulate and encourage the private sector To secure the necessary stocks throughout the year, and based on the authority’s keenness to limit the available and actual storage capacities and storage locations for strategic commodities in the Kingdom, to develop strategic storage plans and respond to emergencies related to the food security system.
